WHAT IS LABOUR HIRE?

We as a private employment agency match and employ workers that suit your organisation and perform work for you as the host organisation, for these workers you become a host employer.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Host organisations pay an hourly charge rate dependant on industrial agreements, modern awards, statutory on-costs, workers compensation levies and comparable pay rates.

WHAT DO WE COVER?

Payment of wages, superannuation, payroll tax, casual loading, gross margin, portable long service leave (if applicable) and other statutory obligations on request. Our service fees are included within our charge rates to ensure transparency of costs, with no hidden fees.

Labour Hire is where the host employer (also known also as the client) engages our casual labour hire employee(s) on an agreed assignment.

Whilst we pay our employee(s) directly the host employer also takes part responsibilities as a host employer.

Labour Hire charges are inclusive of Employee Wage Payment(s), PAYG Withholding, Superannuation Guarantee Contributions, Portable Long Service Leave Contributions (if applicable), Payroll Tax (if applicable), Cover for Workers Compensation and other required insurances, along with other statutory obligations on request by the client.
